As an individual whose personal data is collected, stored, and processed by MediaQuest, you are entitled to the following rights set out by the Data Privacy Act:

 

    1. You have the right to be informed of the purpose, extent of processing, and retention of your personal information, the processors and controllers of your information, and the Data Protection Officer of MediaQuest;

    1. You have the right to have access to the information that was collected upon request;

    1. You have to right to rectify or update any inaccuracy in the information you provided;

    1. You have the right to suspend, withdraw, block, or remove your personal information being processed by MediaQuest; and

    1. You have the right to object to the processing of your information.

We make sure that we have your consent to continue to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purposes that we have identified. We want you to know that you may object or withdraw your consent and/or edit your consent preferences at any time.

What happens when there are changes in our Policy?

We may update our privacy policy and practices from time to time to comply with changes in applicable laws and regulatory requirements, adapt to new technologies and protocols, and align with the best practices of the industry.
